There was constitutional assembly election in <alt="Nepal"> Nepal</alt="Nepal"> and hopefully the country will republic. But the condition of those untouchable lower <alt="caste">Caste</alt="caste"> people will remain the same if the constitutional Assembly does not ensure strong laws against the <alt="discrimination">discrimination</alt="discrimination"> of <alt="Dalit">Dalit</alt="Dalit">. To ensure the Laws and political power in favour of <alt="Dalit">Dalit</alt="Dalit">, they urgently need the international solidarity. It is the best time to help them now.
